Quality Control (QC) for Quartz Slab Polishing & Packing

Pre-Polishing & In-Process Polishing QC

1. Ensure all slabs are in optimal condition prior to polishing. Inspect all saw-cutting machinery to confirm proper functionality and alignment.
2. Test polishing equipment whenever adjusting slab thickness parameters. Use a disposable test slab to verify that the machinery operates in compliance with required specifications.
3. Activate all QC table lighting to ensure polished slabs meet our strict QC standards. Re-inspect the quartz surface pattern, dimensions, and thickness to confirm they are within the specified tolerance range.
4. Classify slabs as either qualified or unqualified—no partial qualification is accepted. Ensure the slab surface is completely free of dust before applying protective film.

4. Polishers are empowered to question any process or material that may impact quality, and are fully accountable for all work approved and released from their station.
